2006 Anna Hezel: Anna has released her third book, Party Tricks: Easy, Elegant Recipes for Snacking and Hosting (Chronicle). Following Tin to Table and Lasagna, Party Tricks has Anna on a publicity tour including a recent happy hour signing and talk at She Gathers in North Tonawanda, where all three of her books are available. In addition to my HR/recruiting work, I am also the owner of a successful nail enhancement business! So far my greatest accomplishment has been becoming a mom to my son, Blaize, who is a future Parkie!" 2016 Gus Kraatz: "I recently got married to my husband, Tekla (not pictured)! We were so happy to share our special day with a great group of Park alumni that I’ve stayed in touch with over the years!" Sammi Jacobs: "After Park, I went to undergraduate school at Morehouse College and graduated with a BA in English and a minor in Computer Science in 2021. While in school, my immediate family relocated to Baton Rouge, LA, so I moved in with them after I graduated and I’ve been in Baton Rouge ever since. Since April 2022, I’ve been working for IBM as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant. I’ve also supported and led multiple LGBTQ+ initiatives within my IBM center and globally that made IBM employees feel empowered and included. On the side, I do writing, for clients and myself, and I‘ve had some articles published throughout the years (thank you to Ms. Reynolds, Mrs. Walsh, and Mr. Hartney!). Outside of work, I help officiate games for the Red Stick Roller Derby League and try to be an active participant in the local community. I usually visit Buffalo when school’s out of session, but I hope to see some of y’all at the Reunion this year!" 2018 Tyonna Acoff: "I will be graduating with my J.D. from UB School of Law this May. I was the First Place Recipient of the 2025 Student Writing Essay Competition from the Minority Bar Association of WNY, and a recipient of the John L. Hargrave Law Student Award from the Minority Bar Foundation in March 2025." 2019 Eman Wajed: Eman is emerging as a director, cinematographer, editor and colorist - in 2026 alone, his work has led him from runways in Paris to the red carpet at the Grammys, and a heavy presence at home including as a cofounder of Buffalo Fashion Runway.
