ACADEMICS PARK SPOTLIGHT: CROSS-DIVISIONAL LEARNING Throughout the school year, all of our Lower School classrooms interact with both Middle and Upper School students on a monthly basis. Each student is assigned a “reading buddy” who comes and reads with them a few times a year. Our Grade 9 students work with both Grades 2 and 4 on our ‘Crayfish Project,’ an ongoing commitment to data collection and research of the invasive Red Swamp crayfish in our campus pond to further investigate their patterns and how we can preserve our natural freshwater ecosystem. The Upper School AP Calculus class teaches Grades 1 and 5 about the different types of sound waves. These are just a few examples of the cross-divisional collaboration within our school! 82% OF FACULTY HOLD ADVANCED DEGREES
