Just this year I changed my profession to the Democracy X Foundation that works with climate and environmental issues. In my private life I'm married to Thomas and have two kids, Magnus (13) and Clara (10). Even though I’m far away I still follow Park School closely and have so many good memories." We recently won the Best Double IPA (Sabres Edge) in the NYS Brewers Association. Currently working on Organically Made beers at Riverworks and three of our year round draft offerings (Trainwreck Amber Ale, Wheeler Wheat, and Silo Lager) have been converted to organic NYS sourced regenerative malts and NYS hops from NY Hop Guild. The next project I have been working on for the past year is our Hella Fresh Hop Water. It contains a small concentrate of hops designed to diffuse in cold water, which has not been possible until now. This is a carbonated beverage that contains no alcohol, sugar, or calories and is designed to expand our portfolio to include those who are "sober curious" but could still be used in making traditional alcohol cocktails. When I began home brewing almost 20 years ago I never thought my journey would lead me to where I am today. From making beer, seltzers, sours, and hopwater, who knows what I will be making next or where the industry will take me!" 2003 The Brittany Murchie Mulla Sports Performance Center opened in October 2024 on the University at Buffalo’s North Campus.
